Clinical Medical Assistants
Responsibilities include patient greeting, history intake, prepping patient for examination, sending patient prescriptions electronically and assisting our providers in the documentation of the clinical encounter. Must be comfortable with computers and mobile device technology (i.e., iPad, mobile phones, digital cameras, etc) and be amenable to working with office automation technologies such as PC, fax, scanners, copiers, printers, etc.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well under pressure, has strong communication and time management skills and a strong work ethic. MA certification required, but ideal candidate may be hired and acquire certification during first 6 months of employment.

Patient Coordinator
We have a position open in the front office/call center. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment, friendly, motivated professional that brings a positive energy.

Duties include:

answering busy phones, scheduling appointments, scanning, filing, taking messages, answering voicemails, etc.
​
Must have:
-
excellent communication skills and be a professional, energetic, friendly, motivated team player who is able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in customer service in an office setting preferred.

Work with great staff in a team environment.
